Description
During our walk along the trails at Ravine Gardens we were greeted by this cute dog. He bounced up to us like we were old friends. Maybe the dogs from our past, the ones who’ve crossed that Rainbow Bridge, whispered into his ear that we were friendly. Don’t worry. He wasn’t alone. He brought his own people with him. But, for just a moment, before we saw his people, I wondered if maybe a new chapter was about to begin. The one where Robin and I rescue a dog and give him a new “forever” home with a place between my recliner and the couch. Instead, I have another painting to remember that brief encounter. This is painted digitally using the Procreate app with a dry brush and a turpentine brush.
