Artist's Description
On Saturday, June 30, 2012, Robin MacBlane, Doug Smith, and I (along with my dog, Hu) took a trip to Clermont, Florida to visit Lake Louisa State Park. Featured in the park is a monument to First Lieutenant Dean R. Gilmore who died in Lake Louisa on November 14, 1944 when he crashed his P51-B Mustang into the lake during a training mission.
