The mermaids were talking with each other about the struggle to rise to the surface. That's when they asked the mermaid who has no trouble at all getting to the surface. That mermaid told the other mermaids the eye opening and profound revelation. The greatest irony of all was that rising to the top was easy once we learned to let go of the bottom. This was painted on Procreate using the watercolor brush.
