There’s something about that one-on-one time. The time when it’s just you and your child, or you and your parent.
I cherish those memories. I have a bunch of them.
I hope you do. I hope they’re good.
No matter how old you are, when you’re alone with your Mom or with your Dad you’re still a child.
I saw a pregnant lady at FAFO yesterday. She looked to be maybe 20 or so. I thought, “One of life’s most beautiful people is soon entering your life.”
Then I thought how 20 years ago, or so, I may have seen HER mother walking pregnant through FAFO just weeks away from meeting her for the first time.
Life moves quickly.
The time between dreams and memories is only the blink of an eye.
I titled this painting, “Mother Daughter Sunset.”
